Returns & exchanges

Hosiery is a hygiene product: once the sealed pouch is opened, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Unopened items with the seal intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we sent the wrong item or a defective one.
• Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
• Wrong or defective item: contact us at hello@shopnoxelle.com within 7 days of delivery with photos — we will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.

退换货

袜类为卫生用品：密封袋一经拆封，不退不换。

• 未拆封、封条完好的商品，收货后 30 天内可退，原路退款。
• 退回运费由顾客承担；我方发错或商品有瑕疵除外。
• 收到退货后 5–10 个工作日内退款。
• 错发或瑕疵：请在收货 7 天内附照片联系 hello@shopnoxelle.com，我们换新或全额退款（含运费）。
