This website, shopnoxelle.com (the "Site"), is operated by R & S Boutique LLC, doing business as Noxelle ("Noxelle," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Noxelle is powered by Shopify.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to use the Site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account credentials confidential.

2. Products

We sell sheer tights and hosiery, including LING and Limerence M products. We try to display colors, sheerness, and sizes accurately, but your screen and fit may vary. Size charts are guides only. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). If we cancel an order after you are charged, we will refund you in full. Orders are for personal use, not resale.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify's checkout and its payment providers; you agree to provide current, valid payment information.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only, via USPS. Orders of $75 or more ship free; other orders are charged USPS rates calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Brand names belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-party tools and links

The Site may include third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

9. User content and feedback

If you send us reviews, comments, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.

Hosiery is delicate and may snag or run with normal wear; this is not a defect.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noxelle and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noxelle from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
